Commercial Alliance was formed in July 2004 by nine credit unions, to operate as a credit union service organization (CUSO) and provide commercial lending products and solutions to the Credit Union Members. A credit union service organization operates as an extension to the member Credit Unions and provides consulting, underwriting and monitoring

services for their commercial loan portfolio. The credit union service organization also provides on-going training and support of the member credit unions with regards to business lending.

Terry McHugh. The staff of Commercial Alliance is experienced in virtually all areas of commercial lending, and have over
